Do I need to pay the setup fee every year?
No. The HK$300 setup fee is a one-time charge only. Simply renew your domain each year to keep hosting active - indefinitely.
Why do you offer free hosting? What's the catch?
No catch. Our goal is to let you experience our server quality and support first-hand. We provide this service at no profit, hoping you will choose or recommend our paid plans for larger projects.
Can I upgrade to a paid plan later?
Yes. Within the first week of activating your account, pay the difference to upgrade to any paid plan. After that, the setup fee is non-refundable - but you can still purchase a paid plan at any time.

Plesk is included with all plans - a professional-grade control panel giving you full control over files, email, PHP version, databases, SSL, and statistics from one dashboard.
Is the SSL certificate really free?
