| Any requirement for free hosting? |
There are 3 requirements:
1. Hong Kong customer only.
2. You are required to pay one off setup fee HK$300.
3. You need to register and renew your domain via our company. |

| Do I need to pay again for the setup fee? |
No. Setup fee is one off, once you pay it, and renew your domain via our company every year, then you could use our free hosting service permanently. |

We provides free hosting services that are not going to get profit from it, but we wish to let you realize our quality services and thereby choose or recommend our paid web hosting services. |

| While I am using free hosting plan, and want to change to other paid hosting plan, will you refund setup fee to me? |
Sorry, setup fee is non refundable. However during the first week after you apply our free hosting services, you could pay in order to upgrade to paid hosting plan. |
